Tonight’s menu features the flavours of the Middle East as we prepare a number of chef Tara’s favourite light dishes. One group of guests will make crispy lentil falafels, quick pickled turnips, and a preserved lemon-labneh sauce. Another group will make herbed bulgur and grilled vegetable salad and a lemon sumac vinaigrette, with a roasted eggplant and tahini dip. We’ll serve chef Tara’s fava bean dip with zaatar seasoned pita chips as a starter, and for dessert we’ll serve baklava, of course! Dietary considerations: this vegetarian menu contains dairy, gluten and nuts.
